Pre-Owned Merchandise & Condition

JhettSet Closet LLC is an independent resale business specializing in pre-owned clothing and related merchandise. Unless expressly identified otherwise in an individual product listing, items offered for sale are pre-owned and are not represented as new merchandise.

Because our merchandise is pre-owned, normal signs of prior ownership, wear, handling, storage, laundering, or age may be present.

We make reasonable efforts to inspect merchandise and accurately describe and photograph each item's condition. However, condition assessments are inherently subjective, and minor imperfections may not always be specifically identified or visible in photographs.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided to assist customers in evaluating each item before purchase. Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, sizing information, and condition notes before completing a purchase.

Brands, Trademarks & No Affiliation

JhettSet Closet LLC is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise officially connected with any designer, manufacturer, retailer, or brand whose merchandise may be offered for sale on this website, unless expressly stated otherwise.

JhettSet Closet LLC independently sources its resale inventory.

Product Information & Sizing

Brand sizing can vary considerably by manufacturer, style, age, and production season. Any measurements provided by JhettSet Closet LLC are approximate and are intended as a courtesy to assist customers in evaluating fit. Customers should not rely solely upon the size appearing on a manufacturer's label when determining whether an item will fit.

Customer Acknowledgment
